  • 1. Location of the resort and how to get here

    The Espot resort is located in a pristine area of the Pyrenees. It occupies a privileged location next to the magnificent Aigüestortes and Sant Maurici National Park. The resort has more than 20 km of piste and a 1000 m of descent.   • 2. What are the opening hours of the ski resort and customer service offices?

    The ski resort is open from 9.00 h to 17.00 h, and the customer service office is open from 8.30 h to 16.30 h in the winter season.

    Yes, during the winter season lost property is taken to the control office, next to the medical centre.

  • 12. What does the beginner pass include?

    The beginners’ pass provides access to all the lifts apart from the Bosc chairlift.

  • 13. What does the non-skier chairlift ride pass include?

    The chairlift ride pass is exclusively for non-skiers. It allows non-skiers to use the La Roca chairlift at Espot. It can only be used once in each direction, and users are not allowed to carry any ski or snowboarding equipment.

  • 14. Where can I purchase and collect my season ski pass?

    You can purchase the season pass from Espot’s online shop and at the ticket offices. Season passes must be collected in-person from the ticket offices. ID will be requested.

  • 15. What is the rechargeable PiriNeu365 card and how can I buy it?

    The half day ski pass is valid from 13.00 pm and can be acquired at any box office in the resort.

  • 17. I’m interested in working at Espot. How can I access the available jobs?

    Any job opportunities at Espot are published in the "Work at FGC" section of the FGC corporate website. If there are no positions vacant, you can send us your CV and tell us about your profile and experience. Should any positions matching your profile become available, we’ll get in touch with you.

  • 18. What is the minimum age for the Snow Garden and Play Centre?

    The Snow Garden & Play Centre is for children aged between 4 and 7 years old.

  • 19. What is the minimum age for the Leisure Park?

    The minimum age is 4, and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • 20. Until what time is the day ski pass valid?

    The last lift up is at 16.30 h.

  • 21. Does the ski pass include accident insurance?

    No. You can add accident insurance for € 3,50/day when you purchase your ski pass online or at the ticket offices. Check out all the details here.

  • 22. If the weather is bad, will my ski pass or any other contracted service be refunded?

    Ski passes will not be refunded under any circumstances. The resort recommends you check the weather and snow forecast before purchasing your pass.

  • 23. Should I book ski lessons in advance?

    Yes, we recommend it to guarantee availability.

  • 24. Do we need to reserve a place in the Snow Garden & Play Centre?

    Yes, reservations are required because capacity is limited.

  • 25. Is it compulsory to wear a helmet on the slopes?

    While it is not compulsory, it is highly recommended, especially for children and adolescents.

  • 26. Can I park my motorhome at Espot?

    You may park in the resort’s car parks, but camping is not allowed. Please respect the surroundings at all times.

  • 27. Can I take my baby on the chairlift?

    Yes, you will need to buy an infant non-skier chairlift pass.

  • 28. Are there any ski pass discounts and special accesses available for people with physical disabilities?

    Yes. People with a more than 33% disability are entitled to a 50% discount on presentation of the accrediting card at the ticket office and rental shops.

  • 29. I’ve lost my ski pass. Can I get a copy?

    Yes, please take the two receipts issued when you purchased your pass to the resort’s ticket offices.

  • 30. Does the resort have a snowpark?

    No, Espot does not have a snowpark.

  • 31. Are there any lockers at the resort?

    Yes, located next to the cafeteria at 2,000 m.

  • 32. Is there any parking at the resort?

    Yes, there are various car parks at 1,500 m.

  • 38. What is a free-choice ski pass?

    Free-choice passes allow the customer to use them on any day of the current season. All free-choice ski passes are non-transferable, i.e. they can only be used by the holder. Maximum use is one ski pass per day.

  • 40. Is the use of the Ski-Bike or Snow-Bike allowed on the slopes of the FGG mountain resorts?

    The free use of the so-called Ski-Bike or Snow-Bike devices is not allowed on the slopes of the mountain resorts managed by FGC. Except when its use is directly related to people with reduced mobility. Section 14 of the FGC ski resort regulations for use and ski passes is applicable.
